Sanctuaries Act , to protect and conserve their resources and to allow uses that are compatible with resource protection.

that provides the information needed for making management decisions.
Resource Protection involves the implementation of
the protective measures (regulations, enforcement, permitting) put in place.
Education and
outreach provide the tools to communicate the information to the public
and users.
