Underwater Sea Creature Awards
The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) held its annual Sand Arts Festival, Friday, April 30, 2010 on Tybee Island. Thousands of visitors viewed temporary sand art masterpieces created by approximately 300 SCAD students on the island's north beach competing for cash prizes.
