Fantastic Fishes return to SCAD's Sidewalk Arts Festival The Savannah College of Art and Design had its annual Sidewalk Arts Festival on Saturday, April 25, 2009 in Historic Savannah's Forsyth Park. Visitors viewed temporary chalk masterpieces created on the walkways of the historic park, and more than 600 SCAD students competed for prizes. More than 135 SCAD alumni and 110 prospective students also participated in the competition for prizes including Gray’s Reef awards for best under water scenes or creatures.
