The staff of NOAA Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary offers ocean science awareness and stewardship presentations for public seminars, meetings and conferences. While we accommodate most requests for classroom presentations, we are more likely to fulfill requests for presentations to assemblies of specific or multiple grade levels. Presentation topics are many and some of the more popular requests include:
- Current research of Gray's Reef
- Invasive species
- Marine debris
- Natural history of Gray's Reef and reefs in general
- Reef fish identification
- Watershed influence
- North Atlantic right whales
- Florida manatees
- Marine mammals (combination of previous three marine mammals)
- Sea turtles
If you have a specific interest for a topic not listed above, just ask. We are happy to try to accommodate your needs.
